π Author Guidelines
Ved Academic Press invites original and unpublished book chapters from researchers, academicians, professionals, and scholars in the fields of medical, nursing, engineering, pharmacy, dental, law, and allied disciplines.
Submission Instructions:
- Each chapter should be between 2500β5000 words.
- Use Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
- Include abstract (150β200 words) and 3β5 keywords.
- References must follow APA or Vancouver style.
Formatting:
- Title page should include: Title, Author(s) Name, Affiliation, Email ID.
- Headings: Use bold for section headings (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, etc.).
- Figures & Tables must be numbered and cited properly.
Submission Process:
Chapters should be submitted in MS Word format via email or our online submission form. Authors will receive an acknowledgment email within 48 hours.

Editors play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the publication. They are expected to manage the peer review process fairly, ensure timely communication with authors, and uphold the standards of Ved Academic Press.
Responsibilities:
- Initial screening of submitted chapters for relevance and originality.
- Assigning reviewers and managing communication between reviewers and authors.
- Ensuring all ethical policies are followed.
- Final decision-making on manuscript acceptance/rejection.
Checklist for Editors:
- Is the chapter within the scope?
- Are ethical approvals and citations provided?
- Is the writing clear and academically sound?
π Publication Ethics
Ved Academic Press is committed to ethical publication practices. Our ethics policy is aligned with the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
Authorsβ Responsibilities:
- Submit only original, unpublished work and appropriately credit all sources.
- Ensure accuracy of data and avoid fabrication or falsification.
- Declare any conflict of interest.
Editorsβ Responsibilities:
- Ensure fair peer review and maintain confidentiality.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and remain unbiased in decisions.
Reviewersβ Responsibilities:
- Review manuscripts objectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Report any ethical concerns to the editor.
Plagiarism & Misconduct:
All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. If any misconduct is identified, the submission will be rejected and the authors may be blacklisted.
